Most evenings I close at 6pm – note the closing time and length of time that your service needs to complete when booking your appointment.

How early should I show up?
On time is preferred - I try to book ample time for each appointment however, sometimes appointments may run late. It is best if you arrive on time for your appointment.
If you arrive too early, there is a chance I may still be with another client.
Should I wear a mask?
It is no longer mandatory to wear a mask while in salons - some clients choose to wear them and some do not.
If you prefer to wear a mask during your appointment that is totally ok - I can wear one as well.
I have pet allergies – do you have animals?
This is a great question! The salon space is a dedicated space inside my home, however, the home is shared with 2 cats.
There is minimal fabric in the salon space and great care is taken to keep the space and air as clean as possible - I have never had an issue with my clients' allergies, however, there are cats present in the home and you need to use your own discretion and best judgement regarding potential exposure.
What do I do when I arrive?
Please ring the doorbell when you arrive to let me know that you are here and I will meet you at the front door to let you in.
What is your cancellation policy?
I understand that life happens and that you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If you can, please provide 24hr notice to cancel your appointment so that I may attempt to book someone else.
If you have booked an appointment it means that I have blocked that time entirely for you. I do not have walk-in clients - if someone doesn't show up to their appointment (without cancelling well enough in advance) I will not have someone to fill that time slot that day.
Please cancel your appointment using the booking tool, or simply text or call me to let me know that you need to reschedule.
